I
was making a research towards masturbation, why people masturbate, the root cause
and its effect in relation to physiological, emotional, moral and spiritual aspects.
But before I started my online research
I uttered a prayer to the Lord for protection and to shield my mind while reading a
related stuff about this topic. I also sent group messages via mobile phone to
my sisters in Christ to pray with me.
The
main purpose of this research is to bring glory to God and blessed His name.
The
scopes are to establish the different views of people towards masturbation,
their experiences and the seriousness it brought into their
lives and their coping stages.
While
doing this, a question suddenly popped out in my mind: Who am I Lord in your
eyes? What and where else you want me to be used to blessed your Name? I played the song entitled “Who Am I” by
Casting Crowns.
Bear with me as I started my journey with Lord’s
guidance in revealing the deepness of this habit and the power of God’s grace
to deliver a willing heart from the stronghold of the enemy.
Psalm 18:2
The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
